The 21st annual SuperH 5K Run, Walk & Wheel 🏃♀️ 👨🦽 will be on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024, at Onelife Fitness in Tysons Corner, formerly known as Tyson Sport & Health (8250 Greensboro Dr., McLean, Virginia 22102).
This year marks our 21st anniversary of the SuperH 5k, which has helped raise $1 million over the past 21 years for the MNRH Adaptive Sports and Fitness Programs! The SuperH 5k is a certified 5k race, timed by PR Races, and will also feature a 1-mile fun run, walk, and wheel. All registered participants will receive a race bib and race t-shirt.
