Keep it simple, don't overcomplicate it. First thing you need to do is move more. After you build up those small habits then move to the next thing. Remember you can't undo what you've done for years in one day.

It's all about intake versus outtake. Who wants to waste their time training hard putting all that work in and then completely derailing when it comes to nutrition. No one says you have to be perfect but you do have to have a plan and you have to stick to it. Of course delayed gratification comes into focus. And taking measurements and measuring your body fat will also help you stay consistent.
I'm all about my clients. I pushed him but I don't hurt them I get out of you what you can't get out of yourself. Although it's not necessary to check the scale everyday. But it's important to some people to see results on the scale, but remember the scale with fluctuate based on your activities food intake sleep etc. You're a few reasons why you may anyway this week.
