USDA recently welcomed Agriculture Future of America (AFA) student delegates to its headquarters in Washington, DC for a Policy Institute meeting, where they learned about USDA history and career opportunities. Last December, USDA signed an agreement with AFA formalizing a partnership to strengthen the future competitiveness and sustainability of the U.S. agriculture industry by preparing more young people for careers in agriculture.
