WalkFit has begun! Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am! This program is very beginner-friendly with a simple but effective structure: Warm up, strength movement of the day (starting with bodyweight), weighted carry around the block, then a 30-minute walk (15 minutes our and 15 minutes back at your pace). Sessions are offered through an 8-pack or single drop-ins. Join us on Monday!

Second Wind CrossFit and MCT Productions are collaborating to launch our newest program, Community WalkFit. The program will run for 8 sessions over 4 weeks, starting and ending at the gym on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. More info in the pics or come by for a postcard!
