I have long advocated for a two-pronged approach to South Texas’ water crisis. We must pressure Mexico to deliver the water we are owed, but we must also invest in our water storage infrastructure. That’s why I’ve secured over $26M for critical projects that modernize and strengthen our infrastructure to prevent water loss.
