Roger A Campos is MBRT’s Chairman and Founder. He is a seasoned public servant with extensive experience in business development and government relations.
From 2015 to 2023, he served as Assistant Secretary for Business Development in Maryland, overseeing Project C.O.R.E and small business initiatives. Previously, he was Maryland's first Business Ombudsman and Vice President of Government Relations for the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities.
Campos's career includes roles in the White House Office of Management and Budget, Department of Energy, Small Business Administration, and Department of Agriculture. He has been instrumental in developing policies and programs to support minority businesses and improve government operations.

According to the Washington Business Journal, the recent U.S. small-business boom is increasingly driven by immigrant entrepreneurs.
They reported that about 85% of new immigrant-owned businesses had at least one employee, compared to 78% of all new businesses. And 25% of immigrant-owned businesses planned to hire more employees in 2024, compared to about 20% of all businesses.
