Come join us December 6th for the opening of a special holiday pop up hosted by NAGADA. Nestled in the beautiful 1930s villa showroom in Dokki, NAGADA will exhibit their new winter collection along with NAGADA home collection and accessories.
This year NAGADA invited local brands to enhance the villa into a showroom, creating an art gallery, bookstore and cafe. Throughout the month of December, you can come shop and enjoy a delicious coffee at the pop up cafe.
SYRA Arts is exhibiting work by multidisciplinary visual artist Egyptian artist Mohamed elnagda.
Along with Nagada’s winter fashion, Ramla will be displaying their new leather shoe collection.
A carefully curated collection of books will be on display by Bibliothek, a leading cultural hub in Sheik Zayed.
An exciting new addition to the showroom will be the pop up cafe where you can enjoy a delicious coffee provided by Cairo Coffee Collective in our special Fayoum pottery cups.
From the kiln in Fayoum to the NAGADA showroom, the world renowned Fayoum pottery school will be displaying selected pieces.
Opening night December 6th 2023 6pm
Xmas Pop up will run till January 7th 2024

Our Story
SYRA Arts is a contemporary art gallery dedicated to showcasing creative forms of expression from Middle Eastern and Iranian artists and designers. Founded by two avid art collectors, Sylvia Van Vliet Ragheb and Randa Fahmy Aboul-Nasr, the gallery is a dynamic and unique space in Georgetown, that evokes lively discussions and exchange of ideas. Located in both Cairo and Washington DC, SYRA Arts also seeks to expand its reach by organizing exhibitions in satellite locations around the United States.
Whether internationally recognized names or rising talents, whether painters, sculptors, photographers or jewelry designers, SYRA Arts’ mission is to bring this varied spectrum of artists to art enthusiasts, individual collectors, and global institutions to the United States.
