This award was established by the MWCEA in 2001 to honor select members of the workers' compensation community for outstanding commitment to the fair and honest administration of the Maryland workers' compensation system. The MWCEA Board and guests from the WCC enjoyed a holiday luncheon today in Baltimore. We celebrated a successful conference and making donations to several charities, including the AFL-CIO Charities, Fuel Fund of MD, Kids’ Chance of Maryland, and Maryland Food Bank! We also thanked Matt Peffer for his leadership as 2023 MWCEA President and welcome Ed Goldsmith as the 2024 President!
