As is customary in the Army, an After Action Review for AT was conducted to discuss: what went well, what didn't go well, improvements, and sustains. The goal is to take lessons learned and make it better for next time!
316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)
The award/promotion ceremony ended with a surprise challenge coin being awarded to the two highest ranking SNCOs in the company. The citation is as follows:
"The Army defines leadership as the process of influencing by providing purpose, direction, and motivation while operating to accomplish the mission and improve the organization.
These two gentlemen standing before you emanate the Army Leader Requirements Model.
They possess the character, presence and intellect all SNCOs should strive to have.
And as a result they develop their junior leaders, lead by example, and achieve great things.
With that, it is a great honor of mine to award these two gentlemen the coveted Second Lieutenant Challenge coin to recognize their service and commitment to the 630th and the US Army."
Well earned, gentlemen!

The 630th TC celebrated Fathers' Day during our AT. We were able to enjoy this short MWR (Morale, Welfare, Recreation) day and appreciate the outstanding parents we're lucky to have in our ranks!
Top, did you ever find the crayon culprit?

Hard work does not go unrecognized!
Our battalion and brigade commanders visited stopped by to check in on the operations we were conducting.
They also awarded several Soldiers their respective challenge coins! These Soldiers displayed high levels of competence, initiative, motivation, and teamwork. They're integral parts to our organization.
316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)
Soldiers in the 630th TC underwent an ACFT familiarization during AT where they learned the proper techniques, forms, and standards for the new PT test. It's no joke!

The 630th TC's guidon was everywhere that Soldiers were! From the barracks to the field, the guidon symbolizes who we are.
The company First Sergeant is the custodian of the guidon, but designates Soldiers to bear the guidon.

The 630th TC 91 series Soldiers worked tirelessly ensuring our full systems stayed mission capable for the duration of AT. Great work!
316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)
A number of the missions conducted involved coordinating with adjacent units in a Fuel System Supply Point, the civilian DLA fuel provider, and Air Force Airmen at Langley Air Force Base.
The more moving parts involved, the more complicated the plan. The 630th TC Soldiers used their experience, patience, and motivation to accomplish the missions assigned during QLLEX.

What's the best way to get lots of information across in a timely manner? Mass formations of course!
Assigning tasks, quickly building a shared understanding, and getting accountability happens every day!
It's also the appropriate time for the commander, CPT Cu**in, to address her unit!
316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)
Many hours of planning goes into ensuring the success of each mission. Daylight hours spent in the field TOC (pictures pending) and after hours spent in the barracks planning.
Every Soldier has to know the plan! Convoy briefs make or break the mission! Don't forget back briefing and rehearsals!
316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)
Our AT kicked off with preparing for a Defense Logistics Agency tanker inspection. This ensured our tankers were in good enough condition to haul fuel.
All 19 full systems brought to AT passed the dry inspection! Very impressive!
