NAMI Compartiendo Esperanza was created by and for Hispanic/Latin American communities around the country, this group is a safe space to turn to for free, accessible mental health support, generational wisdom, and communal healing.

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program for individuals living with mental health struggles. Taught by trained leaders with lived experience, this program includes activities, discussions and informative videos.

Out of the Abyss is a peer-run support group for any person living with suicidal thoughts and urges. These non-clinical groups focus on navigating the darkness with meaningful connection & support, robust dialogue, and activities/strategies for coping.
Our next Out of the Abyss group will be meeting tonight at the New Haven Public Library - Ives Branch in the Phillip Marett Seminar Room at 6:30 pm.
