The 18th Judicial FVCC has created an innovative and simple tool, a QR code, to help victims of domestic violence in DuPage County quickly and safely seek the resources that they need. This QR code contains a direct link to critical information about orders of protection, the courts, shelter and crisis services, counseling, and victims’ rights.

Welcome! The 18th Judicial Circuit Court Family Violence Coordinating Council (18th Judicial FVCC) is a collaboration of the courts, law enforcement, advocacy groups, and other organizations in DuPage County which seek to improve the system’s response to domestic violence. We provide training to criminal justice and family violence professionals, and community awareness, on family violence related issues (including but not limited to domestic violence, child abuse, teen dating violence, human trafficking, and abuse against older adults and persons with disabilities).
