The Goddard Lions Club's members believe that the way our community looks is important. Throughout the club's history it has taken on such projects as:
The finish work of the Goddard Public Library basement
The initial outlay of funds and volunteer support to erect three baseball / softball fields at the Goddard Middle School
The purchase of much of the Goddard Park's playground equipment, shelter
Celebrating the “changing of the guard” with new officer installation and some recognitions, as well as a great potluck dinner. As one successful year comes to a close, Goddard Lions look forward to another year of service

We are honored to have our First Vice District Governor, Lion Clark Lindstrom, as our special guest. He will be installing our 2024-2025 officers.

🎆 Who's ready for fireworks?! 🎆
The Goddard Lions Club is gearing up for our biggest FUNDRAISER of the YEAR, and we need YOUR help! From now until July 5th, we have tons of opportunities for service hours and volunteer hours. Whether you're looking to get involved in local community service or simply love fireworks, we've got a spot for you!
Volunteering with us is a fantastic way to give back, make new friends, and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Plus, if you're interested in joining the Lions Club as a member or just want to volunteer, we would love to talk to you and get you involved in the community.
As a thank you, special volunteer discounts will be available!
If you cannot volunteer your time, please SUPPORT us by buying your fireworks this year at our tent and pay NO SALES TAX. We have the best prices in town, especially on the popular GODFATHERS, and a LARGE selection. Find us at the SE corner of 183rd and Kellogg (Outwest) across the street from Goddard Walmart. Tent sales start June 27th and end July 4th.

It was a honor for our club to sponsor the Tanganyika Wildlife Park Summer Program today with the Goddard Public Library. We loved seeing all three smiles and watching the kids learn about animals.
Thank you to our program special guest tonight Jason Geesaman with Hope Fostered for sharing with us about his non-profit and mission to bring hope to the foster system. This was very informational.
Over 1300 children in our county is in the foster care system.
