Ignite the Future: Join Us at the 2nd WABA Build My Future Event!

The 2nd WABA Build My Future Event is set for October 30, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Park City Arena (formerly the Hartman Arena). This event is a phenomenal opportunity to make a lasting impact on high school students across Kansas. By signing up as an Exhibitor, you can showcase your trade through engaging hands-on activities that will captivate approximately 1,000 enthusiastic students and inspire them to explore rewarding careers in the Building and Trades Industry.

Don't have a hands-on activity to provide? No worries! You can still make a difference by stepping in as a Sponsor (any amount accepted) to help transport students to the event and provide lunches. Alternatively, volunteer and witness firsthand the amazement and joy on students' faces as they experience the fulfillment of creating something on their own.

We had a great night at our Cornerstone Banquet tonight with a keynote speech from our newly installed NAHB President Carl Harris and we presented this year's Cornerstone Award to past Board Chair Ann Allaire. Congrats, Ann!
