So I went to club car wash last December in response to a $10 Wash Offer.
I was already enrolled with Charlie's Car Wash on a monthly plan, but I thought I would check out how Club Car Wash would clean my vechicle. I only went ONE TIME in Dec of 2021.
I frequently received emails that I never opened from them, thinking they were junk solicitations.
So, in November this year, I was checking my credit card billing and noticed that club car wash has been billing my card $30.10 per month since last December.
I made several calls to them only to be accused of signing up for a monthly program for that amount, which I never willfully did I was told on November 16th, 2021, that a supervisor would be in touch with me and to this date Dec 7, 2022 NO ONE HAS CALLED!
I REPEATEDLY TOLD the two "customer service" (NOT) REPS to check and see how many times I had used their wash, since "they enrolled" me without my consent. They both said that I had been there only 2 times in Dec, 2021, WHICH IS DEFINITELY FALSE! They also tried to tell me that they had placed a sticker on my vehicle, which is also FALSE! They also told me, a couple months ago they raised the monthly charge to $35/month.
I guess not using their fraudulent method of billing means the rate must be increased.
From my dealing so far my only thought is
"BUYER BEWARE". CLUB CAR WASH NEEDS TO CLEAN THEIR OWN OFFICE BILLING PRACTICE, BEFORE TRYING TO CLEAN ANYTHING FOR ME.

DON'T LET THE RECENT SOCIAL SECURITY INCREASE SWAY YOU TO CAST YOUR VALUABLE VOTE FOR THOSE IN POWER IN WASHINGTON.
The fact is: This increase is long overdue and those from both parties who voted in the past, should GO!
