Shocker Basketball Partners with Elsewhere Festival - Wichita State Athletics Wichita State Men's and Women's Basketball are partnering with the Elsewhere Festival to provide a one-day, youth basketball camp for children of Elsewhere Festival ticket purchasers. The camp will take place on Saturday, June 22 in Charles Koch Arena beginning at 9am.

The Wichita State Financial Aid Office is being recognized by Suspenders4Hope as a mental health advocate on campus. Their team is dedicated to removing the stigma around mental health, especially for first-generation and underrepresented students. They recently introduced a specialist to help at-risk students navigate financial aid appeals, reducing their anxiety and promoting persistence. Learn more: wsu.news/MentalHealthOFA

WSU partnership will help address Kansas' physician shortage June 6, 2024 — Wichita State University has signed a new admissions partnership agreement with the Kansas Health Science Center-Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (KHSC-KansasCOM) that will help address Kansas’ physician shortage.

This award recognizes educators who go above and beyond to inspire, motivate and elevate their students to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
