With the rising heat advisories, your pets are more at risk of heat stroke this summer. Keep cool water available at all times, limit alone time outside to 10 minutes or less, and keep long walks to early morning or later afternoon when it's coolest.
A good rule of thumb? Rest your hand on the pavement for 7 seconds, if it's too hot for you, it's too hot to trot!

This sweet, 3 week old, girl was brought in severely anemic by a Good Samaritan. At 0.5 pounds she was very ill. She needed a blood transfusion to survive and it was a true team effort. Four days later she is thriving. To say I’ve been impressed with our team would be an understatement. She even found her furrrrever home. The team will continue to bottle feed her until she’s ready for her adoption 💓😻💓

If your pet is often overstimulated by loud noises, we can offer calming medications to help them feel comfortable and safe. We recommend that if your pet is on calming medications, you call them in ahead of time to ensure you have enough on hand before the 4th of July.

Honey finds her laser therapy treatment to be very relaxing 😎

Laser therapy helps with cell regeneration, wound healing, and pain management. We often use it on surgical incisions or as part of an arthritis pain management plan. Bonus- you get to wear really cool goggles 🥽

Keeping tried and true with our community initiatives, we have a fun (and tasty!) event to keep you in the loop about.

All 4 Cats is one of the many local non-profits we LOVE in the Wilmington area. The volunteers are near and dear to us... One of our neighbors, as well as one of my own children's school teachers. To say we're a big fan is an understatement.

With that said, please join All 4 Cats TODAY for a "Spirit Night" fundraiser at the one and only The Crazy Mason. Today, Wednesday, April 17th from 3-9pm, hop on over to The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar and Ice Cream Shop at the Oleander location (3608 Oleander Drive, Suite E, Wilmington, NC 28403) and grab yourself a special treat. Check out All 4 Cats!

All 4 Cats is a no-kill cat rescue and community outreach located in Wilmington, NC. We are an all-volunteer organization and our mission is saving and improving the lives of cats. Our primary focus is working with the community to rescue stray cats. We nurse the animals back to health, spay/neuter, socialize, and then we find them permanent and loving homes. When we are able, we also work with local animal shelters to rescue and re-home pets. ​

We are a foster-based organization, so our volunteers are able to closely observe an animal's behavior to match them with the most suitable forever home. In addition to adoptions, our volunteers are always thinking of other ways to keep cats safe, such as our courtesy re-homing program, posting lost cats on social media, and providing the community with education and resources.

All 4 Cats was found in 2014 by Justin, Val, Polly, and Allison.

Happy 21st Birthday Jade!!! We absolutely loved meeting her today. She’s feeling great and got her arthritis injection today which has made a huge difference in her mobility!!
