“When we arrived to set up the stage for tommrows event this morning we discovered a massive leak from the pool house to find that the pools main filter return line had burst witch caused the pool to over flow and begin to turn green, with health and safety being our main concern and water ph levels being dangerous, we are having the pool company out to repair it asap but we will have to reschedule for the 22nd”

We know this isn’t ideal, but it is the move that must be played.
