Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 24 is the last day to sign your high schooler up for Summer Youth Series Part 2. This free event will be at Winston Waterworks on Friday, July 26 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

There's still time to enroll your teen in August's Salem Lake Adventure Camp. The final round of Adventure Camp will be on August 5 - 7 for teens aged 12-15. Camp is $50 per teen and will be every day from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Winston Waterworks will close early on Friday, July 26 at 5 p.m. for the Summer Youth Series Pool Party. It will reopen for normal operating hours on Saturday, July 27.

Summer Youth Series is back on Friday for Part Two for high school-aged students. This free event allows students to hang out at Winston Waterworks after hours from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Registration by a parent/guardian is required and the last day to register is Wednesday, July 24. Visit Historic Bethabara Park next Saturday, July 20 for Hands-on-History Day. Learn what 18th-century Bethabara was like by seeing live demonstrations of candle-making, blacksmithing, pottery, and more.
Hands-on-History Day is from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information, call Historic Bethabara Park at 336-924-8191.
Winston Waterworks will close early today, July 19 at 5 p.m. for the Summer Youth Series Pool Party. Winston Waterworks will resume normal operating hours the following day.

Registration is now OPEN for WePLAY Soccer! Youths ages 5-12 are invited to join us for a fun-filled soccer season. Registration runs through August 11 and the first practice is on August 20. Spaces will fill up fast, so don't wait!

Historic Bethabara Park is hosting Hands-on-History Day from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. This free event explores what 18th-century life would have been like at Bethabara through demonstrations, games, and more.
WePLAY Movies in the Park returns on Saturday with another great nostalgic movie, Jurassic Park. Enjoy this 90's classic at Washington Park, while dinosaurs wander the earth nearby at the playground. Pre-movie activities start at 7 p.m. and the movie begins at dusk.
