So what is your massage therapist doing with all this down time besides watching my nails grow? I have been sewing face masks for medical professionals with Project Mask WS. I was providing massage for a women's retreat in Sedona, Arizona last week. On the "redeye" flight on the way home, I was reminded that jet lag can be reduced or eliminated if you stimulate the accupressure points from the meridian system that correspond to the time of day at your destination. I gave it a try, and had a really smooth re-entry to East coast time. Here's an article with more details. I have tried to create a peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing atmosphere for massage in my office, but it pales in comparison to where I was working yesterday!
