2/16 - Restorative with Hands On Aromatherapy & Assists, hosted in conjunction with . This class involves use of props & grounding postures, along with relaxing Aromatherapy & hands on assists in each pose to help you rest. 🧘🏻‍♀️

3/1 - Myofascial Release & Mobility. We'll use tennis balls to release some sticky spots in the tissues & do a little mindful mobility flow along the way to help you restore motion and get rid of tension. 👏

Favorite day of the year;) spending the random acts of kindness money ❤️❤️. This year we did price chopper, dollar tree, wholly canoli, target, Worcester animal rescue league, papa Gino’s. Thursday we will bring Bingo to Seabury heights;))) so are not done yet!! Thank you to all of you for making this possible;)))

Next Sunday, you can join me and TRY Yoga with Julie St. (Julie St Francis) for Restorative Yoga w/ Aromatherapy & Hands On Adjustments at Hot Power Yoga Center ❗

It will be a great way to wind down after a holiday weekend and reset for the week ahead. The practice includes prop-supported postures, calming essential oils, and hands on adjustments from Kelly & Julie throughout to help you relax. 💆‍♀️
