Union Street Yoga @ Enlightened Interventions, LLC is an integrative yoga studio that offers classes and workshops for beginners to experienced yogis alike. We believe in offering elite instruction from expert teachers, intimate classes, and a tightknit and warm yoga community. Our site also offers discounted wellness services to our students, such as massage therapy, reflexology, reiki, and more. We offer convenient free parking, and yoga mats and props for purchase or use.

Good morning! We love a new day, and a sunrise. If you didnโt know, our teacher Sara is now offering a Friday morning 6am sunrise yoga class at Lake Quinsigamond! The photo here is a snapshot she took of the beautiful sunrise. ๐ What a great way to kick off the weekend!

This class is accessible to those who are looking for a soft, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported, relaxing practice. Please bring your own mat, as this is not in the studio. Preferably one you donโt mind using outside.
The area where we will meet and have yoga is right on the waters edge next to the football field. From the parking lot you walk to the left down the pathway and you will see us set up on the right open grassy area.

Cascading Waters features a 1.5 mile loop with 203-ft elevation gain. Sara will be your guide, leading you to the falls where sheโll then offer a 45 minute yoga practice. Itโs been a blast to take yoga classes from our studio, out into the wild! Such a beautiful way to practice, make new like-minded friends, and feel connected to the earth. ๐ณ
Last call for the silent retreat! (For now๐) Our monthly Silent Retreat will be on hiatus for the summer months, but on Saturday June 8 we will gather one last time this season for Heidi to guide us through a mindful session of silence, peace, and wisdom.

Today is the last day of May, and the last day of Mental Health Awareness Month - so here is a reminder from the bottom of our hearts to practice self-care and take the steps necessary to tend to your mental health. Yoga is only one of the many ways to do so, and we hope your time at the studio inspires you to take care of yourself in all areas of your life. Whether that means spending more time with loved ones, going for a walk, or reaching out for professional support - your mental health matters, not just this month, but always! โค๏ธ
