Alive On Earth offers one-on-one yoga classes that are tailor-made to suit the individuals needs and to facilitate their deepest healing. Yoga styles taught include Kundalini (3HO), Ashtanga, Vinyasa and MoonSun Yoga. One-on-one classes can include all or a selection of: asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and mantra (sacred chanting)..
