Here at Travel Universe we are looking for another willing individual to join our friendly team as a Shuttle Dispatcher.

We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, an eagerness to learn and a desire to be highly proficient at their job.

We're looking for the person who's willing to go that extra mile for our clients and our drivers. We want you to work with us to give the best possible service we can to our clients and help our business grow.

Duties include:

Taking bookings over the telephone in a timely, efficient and polite manner.

Allocating Work to our drivers effectively

Co-ordinating with our drivers and other office staff with regards to current and future bookings.

Forwarding calls and messages to managerial staff whenever required.
Managing confidential client information

Considered Applicants must have:

* Excellent telephone manner

* Flexibility with regards to shift days and times

* A good level of English and spelling ability is important

* The ability to think on their feet in any situation

* Existing knowledge of Gauteng and the surrounding area would also be a boost!
