Reasons we love our reformer machine 😍:

1️⃣It’s a full-body workout. It allows you to work not only with the big global mover muscles, but also targets the smaller stabilizer muscles💪🦵

2️⃣It builds strength. Resistance is added by springs- offering different levels of resistance so you can push yourself 🏅

3️⃣It is high intensity, but low impact. Reformer Pilates is an ideal option if you’re suffering from injury🤕, making sure you are working with a trained professional.

🩸Type 1 Diabetes:
It's an autoimmune condition where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys insulin-producing cells in the pancreas.

🍏 Type 2 Diabetes:
This form is more common and is often linked to lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise. The body becomes resistant to insulin, or the pancreas doesn't produce enough insulin. Lifestyle changes, including regular exercise, play a crucial role in managing Type 2 diabetes.
