Natalie Milosevic began her engineering career as a structural engineer with an interest in building design and worked on a variety of building projects including residential, commercial, and sporting/recreational structures. After 6 years of engineering design at WGA she transitioned within the business to a project management role to focus on developing her project management and project delivery skills. She subsequently developed her leadership skills and became the Team Leader of the project management team. Natalie also co-founded the Women of WGA in-house support initiative for women in the company.
At Redrawn, Natalie is passionate about training and development for people from under-represented minority groups to enter the engineering industry. She is focused on supporting and inspiring trust in team members so they feel comfortable approaching her for guidance and feedback. Coaching team members is what she loves most about her role, assisting them to identify their goals, create a plan of how to get there and help them overcome blocks to achieve their highest potential. ๐

Tyler Hill is a skilled civil engineer who brings a strong track record of performance in project delivery including experience in emissions estimates, circular economy reviews, climate risk assessments, civil engineering design, project management, and asset management. Tyler's passion for Sustainability drives him to seek out new and emerging solutions for engineering design.
Tyler has been an active volunteer for Engineers Australia for over 8 years and currently holds the roles of Deputy President of South Australia and Deputy Chair of Young Engineers Australia SA. He is also currently a member of EA's National Climate Risk Working Group which aims to develop climate risk tools for the engineering profession and leads the SA Division's sustainability efforts.
For his contribution to Engineers Australia, Tyler was awarded both the SA Emerging Professional Engineer of the Year and the National STAR award in 2023. ๐
