Meet Maddie our CHALLENGE WINNER!!!
Maddie was an absolute delight to train and such an inspiration to her fellow challengers.
Maddie’s fitness levels were already outstanding when she started our challenge (being a netballer!) and we could not believe how much she improved over the course of the 6 weeks. Her fitness test showed amazing results! Maddie’s measurements were down, she gained more muscle and her attendance was 100%. Maddie always gave every session her all and all of this combined made her our Challenge Winner.
Well done Maddie, it was very well deserved.

If you think time flies, you haven’t held a plank recently!!
While getting into the proper form is straightforward, holding the position takes strength and endurance in your abs, back, and core.
The plank is one of the best exercises for core conditioning but it also works your glutes and hamstrings, supports proper posture, and improves balance!
