Every year, we are grateful to be one of the few restaurant in the city to have perfect view of the 2 NYE fireworks organised by the Council.

A sell out event to enjoy our lovely charming setting, perfect to celebrate Wirth friends or just take your +1 for a romantic dinner.

While you do not have to have your evening revolving around the fireworks schedule, we advise you to make it a night to remember. Dress to impress, while keep true to the essence of Far North Queensland and enjoy your night sipping on delicious curate drinks while raving about the food produced by our talented chefs.

We do require a commitment until January to help us with a busy Christmas season.

Level 2 F&B attendant from the Restaurant Industry awards, there’s a minimum of 20 hours per week guaranteed today, and more to come for the right candidate.

Bar experience is a plus, but not necessary as training can be provided if it’s sparks your interest and evolution goals.

Chef Romain, our resident Chef has worked for the past decade at Nobu restaurant in Bahamas & Miami, and for Mila Restaurant Miami. His Japanese culinary skills X with his Classic French training allows him to shine with flavour combination, attention to details & flavour balance.

Behind the Bar, The team at Wolflane distillery will do their magic to find the perfect combo of refreshments carefuly curated just for you.

Join us in a relaxed and funky event around locals mingling together while snacking on great Japanese finger food, giant grazing board and of course, what party would it be without sexy cocktails, icy cold beers and delicious wines. Standing event only with dry bar tables to mingle around.

Bec and her wowser photobooth will ensure fun and laughters while shaking your back side under the tunes of talented DJ Glenn.
