The night kicked off with a welcome Cane Cutters Crush Cocktail complimented with a canapé selection then seated for a banquet feast followed by a dessert station 👌

The first big event to kick off the 2024 season… Australian Wagyu Association awards evening for 570 guests on the 10th of April @ Fogarty Park!
The Association provided 248 Wagyu Steaks in 5 different classes which they requested to be cut up into 24 bite size pieces for delegates to try the different brands and classes as canapé. A total of 5952 pieces of wagyu beef 😬
After the canapé guests seated for a alternate drop main & share platter desserts
