Queensland Seafood Awards took place last month in Brisbane to celebrate all things seafood.
As the premier event in Queensland’s seafood calendar the event brings together industry leaders, stakeholders and supporters to celebrate excellence in Queensland seafood marketing, production, research and advocacy.
The ceremony highlights the dedication, innovation and commitment of individuals and businesses across various sectors of the seafood industry.

Amongst the distinguished winners were 4 local businesses including Salt House who won Best Restaurant.

The award recognized Salt House’s unwavering commitment to excellence in seafood dining, setting a benchmark for quality and sustainability within the industry. Other local winners were Independent Seafood Producers (ISP), Little Tuna and Austral Fisheries.
