Another great turn out today for our Wednesday 9.30am Seniors Fitness class!
Just a reminder that there will be no Resolve Fitness Wed 9.30am session on the 10th and 31st July due to no available room.
If you join us on the 17th July, we will have our resident Chiropractor giving us a talk.
Even if you do not want to take part in the Fitness class, please feel free to join us for the talk/seminar after the class for free (10.20am)

It was Plan B for our Healthy Sunshine Coast Seniors Fitness class today.
We love how amazing our attendees are. So adaptable and supportive.
Due to a last minute change of location we ran the session outdoors. It was a hit....all 42 of you looked amazing.

!!!!! Attention Seniors who attend our Healthy Sunshine Coast Community Fitness Class tomorrow/Wednesday at 9.30am !!!!!

We have just been informed that our room is sadly unavailable tomorrow, Wednesday 26th June, due to unexpected wall maintenance issues in the Function Room.
Our only option to is to try and run an outdoor class, on the grass, behind the Resolve Fitness gym.
As you can appreciate this will be a challenge with last minute changes, but we are prepared to give you something. Therefore you are welcome to come along and join us in some fun trying to run an outdoor session!
Please come directly to the gym area and meet in the RSL Memorial Garden (adjacent to the gym), where you will find some seating.

2024 Current Class Timetable (Instructor led classes)

We are still looking for our next awesome Group Fitness Instructors to take on our 2 Circuit classes here at Resolve Fitness, Caloundra.
Tuesdays at 5.30pm (60mins) and Fridays at 5.45am (45mins).

We are also currently looking for a Yin Yoga instructor to take our 1 hour class on Saturdays at 8.45am from 6th July.

Public Holiday coming our way again!

Hi Community! Just letting you know that our Wednesday 9.30am $5 Healthy Sunshine Coast Fitness class, which is held in the Caloundra RSL Function Centre, will be temporarily moved to the Resolve Fitness gym for 3 weeks from May 29th - June 12th inclusive. Class start time for these 3 weeks will be 9.45am.

Bookings are required over this time period due to the limited numbers able to take part in the smaller studio room.

Please note, dates are fully booked with the exception of the June 12th where we have a few slots left.

We have taken bookings allowing attendees the ability to take part in just one of the three sessions. This allows everyone the chance to take part in one session over the 3 week period.
If you fancy joining forces with other class attendees, we have people meeting up to take part in walks when they can not get into a class.

We are currently looking for a Group Fitness Instructor to take on our Circuit classes on Tuesdays at 5.30pm and Fridays at 5.45am. If you are interested or keen to know more please email us [email protected]

There is more to us than meets the eye.
Not only do we have a team of highly experienced and qualified Exercise Physiologists, with our own Allied Health Assistant Karen, we have a fantastic admin team, with the recent arrival of Hugh. We have also welcomed back the lovely Lee.
It doesn't stop there. We have an amazing team of Group Fitness Instructors, who run our Les Mills and Freestyle classes, with an offering to suit all abilities, styles and ages. A total of 50 instructor led classes a week, and over 350 Virtual Les Mills classes.
There's more! We have Jody Pollard, from Total Nutrition Dietitian and Karen Phillips the Chiropractor working from Resolve Fitness too!

Huge apologies! Sadly we are short staffed again today. There will be no staffed reception today, Wednesday 27th March 3.30-6.30pm.
All members will need to use their 24/7 access key/card to open the doors. Classes will be running as normal.

Friday 8th March we proudly supported the Steps 4 Steps Charity Walk...a massive 30km walk for us.
Here are a few photos from the day. Was so much fun!
Congratulations to our MD Graeme, Manager Freyja, and Allied Health Assistant Karen who walked the full 30km. Also a big shout out to our Exercise Physiologist Amy who walked 15km with the extra 'passenger onboard'.
This walk raised much needed funds for Steps Pathway College, which helps house and educate young adults to live a more independent life.
