I live by the beach in the south west of W.A. I am a very proud mum of two and G-Ma of two. I am very passionate about Health and Wellness and love to spend time with my family and friends. The ocean is my second home (literally a mermaid), and I’m usually found walking along the beach with my fur baby Halo or in the ocean. I love Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Music, Travel, Hiking, Snorkelling, Organic Food & Cacao!
