We are so excited to share the full range of benefits that come with body roll massage.

It's a pretty simple process here at Karve, all you need to know before you arrive is ...

• Arrive wearing clean & comfortably fitted active wear and some socks, shoes off once you arrive and are settled in!
• Remove all jewellery and any items that may snag in the rollers.
• We appreciate you removing any jackets or loose items that may have zips or buttons attached, these can get caught in the rollers and also scratch our Infrared technology.

Whilst you are with us rolling and relaxing,
• It is common to feel thirsty while our machines work their magic ... be sure to keep a water bottle close by and sip regularly!
• Detoxification is an amazing benefit of our rolling sessions, that said you may feel a little average or lower in energy after your first roll. Please know this is totally normal and your body is working hard to stimulate those toxins through to your lymphatic system.

How you'll feel in the days & weeks following your session,
During the following weeks the massage aids in the removal of toxins and metabolic waste from the body. With ongoing sessions, the Massage intensity can be adjusted and personalised for each individual!

By the fourth week, stabilisation of the body takes place. The benefits are visible, the body becomes firmer and the skin is better nourished ✨
