I love learning Numerology, Kim has turned my mathematic detest into something I love.

We had an intimate group last night for Chakra week 🫶🏼 and Kim understood the assignment- we love to go rogue with this group, everyone is so connected and takes it all in 😍. Kim was filled with heartfelt messages and I say this time and time again but I’m so grateful that she takes the time with her guidance, wisdom and angelic way to come and share with us. She’s a busy Queen but always makes it a priority and I just really appreciate every aspect of it. I love the bonds created in these groups, I love the shared knowledge and wisdom that we all share together, it’s so special.

How lucky are we to have the beautiful Angel come and facilitate and teach us EFT. This beautiful heart led goddess came and shared her knowledge and teachings and we are so grateful.
Personally and professionally we got so much out of it and personally I had profound moments of clarity and perspective within. EFT is an amazing practice to regulate our nervous system and another incredible tool for the tool box. Thank you so much Angel, you are such. Beautiful teacher. Never stop learning, growing, evolving ❤️

Each time just before the full moon I start to feel a disturbance in my system- things that get to me- it could be feeling let down by someone or something and not saying anything, it could be money worries or an urgency to get things done that I haven’t been doing.
This uncomfortable feeling plays over and over again- taking over - an urgency almost like there’s a deadline… I could ignore it, mask it or waste my energy having it stuck on a loop or I can turn it into action.
The reason this happens to me just before a full moon is because to me symbolically the moon is about releasing and letting go of what no longer serves me, so I use it as such. I do the things I am in control of and the rest I release to the universe and let go.
I let go so much in fact that when someone says remember this person did this to you?I can’t honestly even remember, that’s how much I let it go.
Now we can stay in the past and hold onto it but who does that serve? Certainly not you, because there is nothing you can do to change it, so why stay there? We can always learn and grow from these lessons, forgive ourselves or others and do what you have to do to be able to release and let go.
I literally forget every month that the full moon is about to happen until this starts playing into my system and I go oh your back are you my dear friend 🙃.
The poor moon cops it from me because I like to blame it for making me face what I’m holding onto every-time instead of an illusion of myself, that’s how I like to play it, how about you?

My friends in small business are struggling big time. Not being able to keep up with our current economic crisis- recession, seeing one by one the livelihood and dreams being shattered and taken over, not being able to keep up or compete with big corporations.

I worked in disability for around ten years. My soul literally lights up when my old participants come to visit me…
This was such an incredible part of my journey and one I hold gratefully in my heart.
We would meditate, sing and dance like no one is watching. We performed for audiences, found our voice and when we would meditate and I would do healings with them- their emotions came to the service- especially those that could not express it- this was so beautiful to witness.
Once in class a gorgeous participant that was not able to use her voice had recently lost a parent. We meditated and did energy work and at the end of the session this beautiful girl cried and let out her emotions and as I watched without being told every participant got up and went to her and held her - 🥲 it was once of the most unbelievable experiences I have ever witnessed.
I now watch my son in this sector and see the impact and connections he is making already. The other day I saw him making a film clip with a participant who just wants to be a rapper and Jack took his dream and made it come to life for him 🥰 it was so my heart burst with pride ❤️

This photo came up in my memories and reminded me of a time in my life I will never forget. So grateful 🙏

Hubby started a new job today, Marley decided to give him a little message before he left and look what came into fruition 😍🥰. I love this kind of thing- just a little sign from the universe 🙏
I looked up the spiritual symbolism of the lady bug.
Ladybugs are thought to symbolize everything from protection to resilience to good luck 🥰
Marleys ability to connect in at her age actually blows me away, this little message from this little girl has opened up her dad into looking even more outside the box, to push away that logical mind and see the beauty that the universe has to offer if we let it 🐞

Marley came into the room this morning, ‘Mum can we please go and pay our respects’, she had been learning about the Anzacs at school and was so intrigued. As she waved with the others cheering them on - watching the faces of the Veterans light up, seeing the little ones acknowledge and respect them- knowing their sacrifice was to give them the freedom that they inhabit. I heard Marley tell the other kids my grandpa in heaven was in the war, he would love that we are here 🥲 - I’m not crying … you are…. I could see my Dad and uncle Jack and Grandpa all thinking finally someone’s got Julie up out of bed to show up, “well done Marley”.

My gosh my heart exploded when we saw Jonno and the pure joy that came over his face from seeing his cheer squad of smileys (as if calls us).
I never truly understood the impact of how much it meant to be there in the flesh until I witnessed it today.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. We will remember them.

That’s a wrap my friends, the laughs, the tears, the transformations, the growth, the memories of the class that was that I’ll hold dear forever 🥰. The friendships and bonds formed are just pure magic, I’m so proud of you all for everything you’ve achieved, so grateful you chose to be here on this path and congratulations for showing up for yourselves time and time again. I’m sad to not sing to you every week my special shut up song 😅 thank you for all you taught me in return ❤️ so much love 🫶🏼

Did I tell you about the time during Covid? My mum was gifted an ancestry kit and at the same time over in Sydney beautiful Elizabeth was gifted one also. They waited months before actually completing the kit and then one day decided to give it a go ( at basically the same time) …. Fast forward and the results come back and these two realise they are matched as relatives - not understanding how it works they did some investigating and turns out mum has a long lost sister 😍
My grandfather was stationed in Sydney when he was 19, he met up with a woman she had a baby and long story short a little baby was born that he never knew about. So many years after his passing he’s thought I’m going to bring my family together and that he did. 🥰 So Elizabeth who thought she was an only child has now got a little sister and two little brothers and entered this madness we call our family 😅.
I love this story so much and the fact that I have now an Aunty who reminds me so much of my mum it’s uncanny. Catching up today her and her beautiful wife Aunty Jude all the siblings together as one I felt my grandfather sitting there with the biggest smile on his face, together at last 🫶🏼
