Beautiful folks, I’m filling in this arv and teaching Yin at 4.30pm and Flow at 6pm .au
For those who ask me if I teach a class that doesn’t require you to have a baby in your belly, the answer is not often, but I am tonight. So come and play.

Gorgeous gluten free choc chip cookies.
These are so yummy and make a fab project for the kiddos to lead.
My wee humans love to kick me out of the kitchen and get busy baking these simple treats. It’s good for them to negotiate on who does what and to cooperate to get a positive end result. And these cookies make a ripper lunchbox addition!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups of almond meal
1/4 cup of dark chocolate
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
3 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
Mix together almond meal, dark chocolate chips, coconut, baking powder and salt
In a separate bowl, beat egg until light and fluffy, then whisk in the melted coconut oil, maple and vanilla.
Add this wet mix into the dry mix and gentle stir together.
Chill mixture in the fridge for 30 mins.
Roll dough into cookie sized balls and place on a baking try.
Bake for 7-10 minutes at 190 degrees.
Allow to cool before.
Last night I danced! And my gosh… it was absolute S O U L food!
It’s been a looong time since I have had a good, therapeutic boogie and over the last few months I have felt the calling, SO LOUDLY!
delicious offering was pure pure joy! Zoe’s beautiful cueing and divine sharing (and challenges) deeply resonated with a part of me that was needing to be connected with, needing to be acknowledged and maybe even healed a little. There was no need to be anything, for the dance to look a certain way, to be in a space of judgement, it was just pure play. Perhaps the beginning of an undoing of all those years of training and everything that came with it.
And to be surrounded by a group of generous local women was heavenly. As was the venue
A wholehearted thanks to beautiful for creating and holding the space 💞🙏🏻💞
Looking forward to seeing all the gorgeous preggy yogis this afternoon from 4pm .au
Flashback to this delicious moment when I got married to my best friend AND… I got to share my princess moment with my treasured and beloved niece Bonnie. The privilege of sharing our world with precious little people is one that takes my breath away some days. I reflect on this picture and I am reminded of the fragility of life and how every moment is an opportunity to deeply honour, to gently nurture, to invest wholeheartedly and to LOVE the precious little people in our lives more completely.
Bonnie would have turned 21 earlier this month. Happy heavenly birthday beautiful one 💞💞

Kale, sweet potato and chickpea salad = deeeelish!! This beauty may make the cut for Christmas lunch this year.
I love a ‘red hot’ salad recipe and am starting to trial a few options in preparation for the big day. Last year’s fav was broccoli and cranberry salad from and it was so good! I highly recommend you check it out 💞
Prenatal yoga is back on beautiful humans. This is my last course for the year!

Spending a few days in Noosa with my gorgeous mum, eating all the good stuff, enjoying beach side massages, nature walks, ocean swims and LOADS of delicious reading time. And nobody needs me! It’s serious soul food… and yet, about 1000 times a day I wish my littles + husbo were here too. 🤣
TRUTH
I made this beautiful BBQ Salmon Bowl with avocado and mango salsa tonight, after seeing one of those snappy reels here on the gram. And it was absolutely delicious!
The chilli and paprika in the marinade are so delicious and work beautifully with the avocado, mango and coriander salsa. I served it on brown rice with a side of edamame.
It was so simple and took about 20 mins to prepare.
Recipe is the fabulous work of and is located on her website. I highly recommend you check it out 💞
Okay beauties, my last prenatal yoga and meditation course for the year starts this coming Sunday .au

The obsession with avocado continues. And I love this beautiful take on one of my all time fav breakfasts - avo on toast. Simply add some spring onion and cover with pomegranate. How delicious 💞 🙏🏻
Such a wonderful day engaging in all things wellbeing, emotional intelligence, coaching and conscious leadership.
I loved every minute of learning, workshopping, practicing and challenging ideas, with fabulous humans committed to raising the bar! Tomorrow’s focus is on Psychological Safety in the workplace and I’m so excited to learn more.
Thanks to for its commitment to growing a thriving and sustainable organisation.
We are heading home after a wonderful holiday to sunny Queensland for the school hols visiting family and friends☀️
We decided to drive this time and we have all loved the car trips. We have played games, listened to many wonderful audio books, played songs to each other, eye spy, road trip rainbows style, Story Salad and laughed… a lot!
When we head away, I always pack our lunchboxes full of goodies for the kiddos which means they get to eat great rainbow food, (not the horrendous processed beige roadside food), have regulated blood sugar and can chill out and enjoy the drive. Also, it saves loads of money as roadside food is $$ and pretty much everything is wrapped in single use plastic 😫so we avoid that too!
Being prepared is a total WIN 👌🏻
My next prenatal yoga and meditation course starts this Sunday 9 July from 4.00 - 5.15pm
If you fancy moving your body in a beautiful nurturing way, breathing deeply into your growing babe and preparing your mind for a calm and centred birth, then join me on the mat.
Bookings via .au
We are upping our intake of probiotics as we head into the cooler months.
Our goal is to include fermented foods into at least one meal a day, and my kiddos love the sour flavour of ferments. They have had it since they started solids and I do think this has helped. However, if you are just starting out, my recommendation is to start small and introduce ferments at lunchtime when kiddos are less tired and more willing to give things a try.
You can also include your littles in the process of making kraut (it’s so easy) and they can enjoy the alchemy of bringing the ingredients together and watching them bubble away on the counter top.
This batch is a garlic, fennel and ginger kraut. It should be ready in about 6 days.
Join me for Pregnancy Yoga .au this Sunday from 4pm - 5.15pm.
We will cover a beautiful range of movement and open the body across all planes of motion, use the breath to calibrate the nervous system and engage in delicious visualisation, all designed to support you and your growing babe.
DM me for more info or visit the .au website.
Those of you who know me, know that hiking is one of my fav things. To me, hiking is a grounding moving meditation, where I just adore being surrounded by nature, moving my body, and feeling all the elements on my skin. And the cross gate rhythm of walking does something magical to my body and brain. I feel so centred, energised and deeply content. It really is movement medicine!
A few weeks back we hiked another leg of the Great Ocean Walk from Johanna Beach. The awe inspiring beauty and ruggedness of this coast line, always blows me away. We really do have some of the worlds best beaches here in Victoria.
We traversed 20kms, in the rain, chatting and laughing along the way.
What made the experience so fabulous was the wonderful company! Thanks to .kerryposniak
for a brilliant weekend and plenty of belly laughs.
One of these days, I’d love to run a retreat that combines yoga, hiking, meditation, breath work and of course beautiful food.
I have just finished another 5 week prenatal yoga program filled with absolutely BEAUTIFUL women.
My heart is so full and I’m so grateful to be able to nurture, and guide women during this wonder filled stage of life, even for just a wee little bit.
We laugh, we cry, we share, we move, we breathe and an added and awesome bonus is that so many friendships have been formed during the program over the many years I have been teaching.
I’m still awe struck by pregnancy and that we as women get to grow and birth the next generation. It’s pretty bloody cool!
Next course starts in few weeks, so if you are pregnant and fancy joining in the fun, sign up via .au
I just got the most beautiful box of organic fruit and veg from 💗🙏🏻
They are a beautiful Geelong based business who source most of their organic produce locally AND… they even price match on cost for organic, yet minus ALLLLL the plastic (where possible).
This gorgeous cos lettuce was sourced from via them from .my.school which made me so happy as it’s an awesome initiative. If you don’t know about it, check it out.
I know organic produce can be more expensive, however it’s all about what you choose to prioritise in life. I have made it a priority but have balanced this with reducing my spending elsewhere. I don’t buy lots of clothes, or alcohol (going booze free for 12 months - so inspired by 🙌🏻) and I’m not a ‘bags and shoes’ kinda girl, so it’s manageable. Also another way to introduce organic produce cost effectively, is to aim to get the dirty dozen organically as it will significantly reduce your toxic load.
So great to be back teaching my fav prenatal yoga and meditation course .au

The band is FINALLY back together.
We have had such a busy few months with husbo travelling, family staying and what has felt like a billion kids activities…surfing, soccer, climbing, parties, drums, piano, gymnastics, drama 😝 You knowwww!
We are now all back in the one house, travel has concluded (for now) and it’s time to ground again…before we hit the silly season.
Have been upping my meditation game lately with the ever inspiring and I am a wayyy better human for it. I could listen to her beautiful voice for days 💗
How are you?
Back to school tomorrow after the loveliest school holidays 🥰… so I’m baking these delish spinach and ricotta gf sausage rolls today to fill the littles lunchboxes.
To me the special ingredients in these little pastry covered bundles of awesomeness are garlic and nutmeg. They really give them an extra somethin’ somethin’ which makes allllll the difference.
