Steve recently competed at the Australian Menโ€™s and Mixed Netball Championship where he represented Victoria in the Open Menโ€™s Reserve division. He was the Vice Captain of a dominant team that went undefeated for the week, capping off the tournament with a 22-goal win in the Grand Final over ACT. He worked incredibly hard with us to prepare for the tournament and we are so pleased it all paid off. Well done Steve, we are all proud of you!

No stranger to the spotlight, Lani is not only a fantastic CrossFit and Olympic Lifting Coach but also performs on stage with 4 different bands!

Laniโ€™s passion for coaching began when introduced to CrossFit in 2017 when she discovered how CrossFit combined multiple disciplines and movements into a comprehensive fitness regime.
