One sad thing that is happening in the world is, women are either becoming like Barbie dolls or they are trying to become like men. They have jealousy, masculine ambitions and other nonsense, but they don’t have that feminine fire. That is what a woman could add to this world, that she is like a fire. Linga Bhairavi is a big-fire woman, not a small-fire woman. She is not a doll, she is not a man, she is feminine to the core.

All the great civilizations on the planet were goddess worshipers. It is only when nomadic tribes created very aggressive patriarchal cultures and religions, that feminine worship was slowly banished and burnt out of the world. India is still the only country where the worship of the feminine is a live process.

24th June Dhyanalinga Consecration Day

Today, modern science tells you beyond any doubt that the whole existence is just energy manifesting itself in so many different ways. The only thing is that it is in different levels of manifestation. What you call creation is the same energy, from the grossest to the subtlest.

Looking back, after I finished college, I wanted to make some money so I could travel, so I started a poultry farm. One day, I decided to paint the wall. I dipped the brush in the paint and put it to the wall. I did not want to paint the whole wall thoroughly, I just wanted to a basic paint-job. So I just put the paintbrush on the surface and walked from one side to the other. The paint started out very thick and became thinner and thinner and slowly disappeared. I saw this paint smear go from being thick, become thinner and thinner and then just disappear, and I exploded. Tears were simply flowing out of my eyes because there was the whole creation right there. That's all the whole creation is: a paint smear. It starts out really thick and gross, becomes thinner and thinner, and becomes nothing. From the lowest to the highest, it was all there. The Vishwarupa darshana was there for me in just this paint smear. I sat there going crazy and ecstatic. I didn't paint for three days. Then I started again.

Finally the reveal of our bathroom makeover is here!!

It took months of planning, multiple visits to various hardware stores and many intuitive decisions that shaped our design.

Aesthetic is one part of the design, but the functionality of the space is the prime aspect. There were lot of uncertainities and constraints with this old house building. Hence every inch of this space had to be thought out and implemented carefully.

Working on small compositional plans, deciding on values and colours and doing the maths of what comes where, has never been so enjoyable lately.

Time stills! When he claps his hands!

My hands have been yearning to sketch something for a very long time. But with this shift to new place and full time job it’s really a challenge to be able to find time for what I love doing the most.

With settling into a new country, new lifestyle, new climate back in 2019 I had somewhere fallen back to keep a check on my routine, on my schedule. Getting back to a full time job, certainly improves my schedule and makes me more focused and further motivates me to find time for painting. It’s more like I have earned my time for painting for myself and now nothing else matters. It’s more like time has come to a stand still!!😌
