The Healthy Lifestyles Expo returns to Hobart in 2024 - a celebration of health, wellness and community.
The team at Chirolife Hobart are looking forward to meeting you all there!
A collaboration of Think Big Run The Bridge and Rotary Tasmania and previously the Wellness Expo, the Expo will be a celebration of all things health and wellness, as well as a celebration of local Hobart businesses and charities.
In 2024, the expo will be held on Saturday, February 17 at Princes Wharf 1.
We will be there from 10.00am to 3.00pm.

We have been so lucky this week. One of our amazing practice members brought in the most delicious fruit from his trees to share with us...twice! We have definitely been spoiled. Way to start the day and the long weekend. Have a great one everyone.

THANK YOU to all our amazing clinic members who donated a toy to our 2023 Christmas Appeal. It took several car trips and a little pact with our local parking inspector to load them all up and deliver them to the Salvos just in time for Christmas. When we dropped the presents off the reaction from the staff was priceless - "They're all NEW!". It was the best way to finish a great year. Now...2024! Let's make it count.
Chirolife Hobart has expanded - with Travis, Liam and now Brett, we've outgrown our space. Project Lab has been kind enough to allow us to take over one of their rooms - new access and room repaint completed today! Christmas present to Chirolife!

This year we are running a toy drive for the Salvos' Christmas Appeal and our tree is already looking fabulous! Thank you to all our amazing clients who have already donated to this great cause. Paul Fallon is going to play 72 holes of golf in one day! That's a marathon and I like marathons! It's also a great cause - The Longest Day (Run by the Cancer Council). Our approach is simple. We believe that health is among our most valuable possessions and we aim to make you feel comfortable in our care and to inspire and support you towards advancing your health and wellbeing. Our Chiropractic service includes health and wellness care and is based some simple logic:
1.Your nervous system is your Master System
2.The power that made the body heals the body best (add nothing from the outside)
3.“Subluxations” of the spine interfere with the open communication of your nerve system. This prevents your body from functioning at your best and optimal levels. Essentially you become less able to deal with your life and daily activities. Pain may or may not be present as a sign.
Our aim to detect and correct these subluxations (remove the “interference”). Importantly too, we like to advise you on how to manage your body better yourselves through exercises, stretching and ergonomic advice. We encourage you to ask any questions you have about your care at any time. Chiropractic care involves a series of visits and treatments, with each one building on the treatment sessions before:
