Losing weight isn’t about calories. It’s about our mindset shift. You are allowed to eat any food you desire. Even if it has preserves and lots of carbs and fat, but you choose not to eat it any more because it hurts your tummy and it’s too rich. And even if you do eat it 5 to 10 modest bites is enough, which usually equates one croissant. Because you fuel your body regularly with four complete nutrition meals on average per day only three days you find yourself, indulging in these foods, which end up being much less than what you used to eat. Once your body has been deprived of additives and so much sugar naturally and is fuelled with natural ingredients. It has to lose weight. The body starts to process food, better a cleanse as it’s pipes so to speak and exercise helps do that. 10,000 steps a day three sessions of Yogatone before you know it a whole different world.

Today I got to welcome guests on@Vic Yatch Charters and as always, it’s a bit of an adventure with the wind as well as the new people we meet. Today I got to talk to the wise mums. The glamours fun ladies who just wanted to be present in the moment, grateful for the day and we’re planning their day around preparing food for the week. Each week these ladies prepare their food for their families to ensure there is healthy mediterranean based food, ready to warm up and serve. When we have home cooked means that celebrate complete nutrition foods we are less likely to crave treat foods and know we are doing our best to feed ourselves and our loved ones.

As someone who has impersonated Marilyn Monroe and studied Norma Jeane for 20 years I can fairly say that I understand her. She was a vulnerable hurt child who grew up via creating a character and persona that got her what she felt she needed most - love, adoration, to be seen and to be wanted.
Perhaps like what young girls do today. Craving attention via social media, fame, fortune, or approval using looks. So they are required to put on a mask of makeup, Botox, a style that everyone else approves but themselves, bring out curves via surgery or most likely body exercise slavery and dieting.
But the fame Marilyn got from perfecting her look and submissive character gave her was - selling her soul and her true self. Giving away her power, her opportunity to live her best authentic, truely peaceful joyful life. She was smart, but men didn’t like smart back then. Men preferred submissive good house wives who looked after the children.
Girls who market themselves today have two choices- to appease...

I can’t tell you how many photos shoots I have done. But I will tell you the photo shoots I would not do. Ones where I need to look skinny and not strong.
You never have a bad eating moment when you focus on clean complete in nutrition meals as majority of your meals. ✅
I would like to pretend that I have a perfectly nutritional diet every day, but I don’t. I have a balanced diet. Gone are the days I track calories, carbs and exercise. Today I am addicted to nutrition to fuel my body regularly throughout the day, exercise that makes me feel alive and on@top of things and connections that are about uplifting one another and connecting over balanced healthy meals.
A complete in nutrition meal four times a day can help keep creating’s at Bay. It has helped many of my clients overcome craving struggles, as when the body is fuelled and stable with energy and nutrition, it is less likely to look for treats to help it through the day. As part of our journey in overcoming cravings, we learned that we don’t need processed food at all. In fact, we forget about it most of the week.
The art of overcoming cravings isn’t cultivating discipline it is more about tuning in to natural food, four times a day. Four meals a day that consists of mainly natural food that is protein carbohydrate and vegetable or fruit. When we miss out on a macro nutrient such as protein, we notice that we get more hungry later as we are not so satisfied as protein foods naturally help us feel satisfied because protein is the building block for muscles and so is craved by the body. To support, muscle growth and bone density, we need to think of plant or animal protein four times a day as well as consuming minerals and vitamins that can fuel our organs and bones. Our priority is fuelling the cells of a body and tuning into how natural food can fuel our souls as well. My choice today wasn’t a protein bar like I used to do in my early 20s. It seemed like the right thing to do and quick and easy. But it is amazing how quick and easy completely natural protein snacks are. The snack was I98%, natural ingredients of cooked prawns, a bunch of parsley and tartar sauce. I will need carbs, so I have warmed up my preprepped spaghetti that has three types of vegetables, normal pasta, and five star beef. Eating four times a day, mostly natural food that consists of VCP vegetables, protein carbs can help your body feel fuelled again, more satisfied and vibrant. It’s amazing what complete nutrition does for us. Especially when consumed every four hours, also on average, and in an approximate portion of 1/3 carbohydrates, protein and vegetables low sugar fruit.
