I find all year round reflection is needed but I find this time of year and the energy it brings particularly special. It gives us an opportunity to really take a pause, stop, reflect on the year that’s been and really ask ourselves,

▫️ How you want to show up in 2024?
▫️ What am I choosing to carry forward?
▫️ What do I need to cut loose?
▫️ What do I want to create?
▫️ What actions are required in order for me to create the change I want to see happen?
▫️ What do I need to sacrifice to make it happen?
▫️ What needs to be addressed and healed?
▫️ Who do I need to become?

As they say, to get a different outcome you gotta do something you have never done! 💥

You and only you are the creator to your own life. Time to get into the drivers seat of your life and steer your way to the life you want to be living. ❤️‍🔥

If I can do it you can do it. I believe in you! 🙏🏼

When we say or talk about our 'Highest Self' we are describing the spiritual part of ourselves that was created of the same essence, image and likeness of GOD / DIVINE SOURCE. ✨✨✨

We are the human living manifestation of unconditional love, light and energy of the utmost highest frequency, GOD frequency. Just as the smallest drop of the ocean contains all the properties of the entire ocean itself, as does our 'Highest Self' encompass all of GOD / DIVINE SOURCE.....the,

One of my many powerful mantras I chant is the "I AM". When I started out using these 2 but powerful words I was coming from a place of powerlessness and disconnect, my mind, body and soul weren't working as a team. I wasn't feeling anything, I didn't believe it and with little to no intention set...
When I started to heal I was beginning to connect to the most powerful parts of me, my spirit, my soul, my shadows, I started to come from a place of strength, personal power and love, then the game changed!

I encourage you to start somewhere, doesn't matter if you don't know where or what the looks like right now (I sure as hell didn't know when I started on my journey, sometimes I still don't and thats ok) just start!

Each major chakra is related to a endocrine gland and nerve plexus which have specific associations with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Each chakra also having a basic right to be expressed, if not expressed we experience imbalance, disharmony, challenges and obstacles in life. ❔ Are you feeling lost and confused ❔

Looking around at humanity today and see we have lost all connection with the truest deepest parts of ourselves, our soul, our SPIRIT! ✨✨✨ We have entered a time in humanity where there is much uncertainty as well as huge transitions that are happening not only individually but collectively which can look like a whole lot of darkness and chaos. In these times of great change and huge spiritual awakenings that are happening we can find ourselves totally lost and confused (I know I did!), deep questions arise like,

◽️ Who am I truly deep within?
◽️ What am I actually doing here?
◽️ Which direction do I want to be going?
◽️ What is my soul purpose here?
◽️ What work within needs to be done to create a life of passion and purpose?

I came to this point in my life, a serious crossroads where I had so many burning questions as to who am I really and what the hell am I doing here. So I had a major decision to make, to take the road less traveled and go against all that I thought I knew or continue on living a life half full!...Against all constructs that we are born into I took the road less traveled, now it hasn't been easy to dig real deep within and face all of myself but it has been absolutely worth the trip to now truly HONOUR my soul within and live in full expression of spirit!!! 🧘‍♀💛🌟

In all my dark and challenging experiences, for me the beautiful energy healing of REIKI has been one of those ways that has helped me heal and lead me back to myself, my truest self, my soul, my SPIRIT! 🥰
