Was an absolute delight to be the HIIT trainer for the Nike Training Club (NTC) tour in Melbourne 2016. I was apart of NIKE women’s seven hour fitness festival held on March 19th 2016 at Margaret Court Arena with over 2,500 women joining the fun across Sydney, Auckland and Melbourne.
Can’t wait for more of these types of events in the future, because let’s be real it’s so much more fun to sweat with others 💦

I love to teach all styles but my favorite to teach is ballet 🩰. You can learn so much from doing a regular ballet barre. Let’s do some pliés and tendus together.
