Smoothie weather is here in Melbourne so here’s a delicious blend to try ~ this is my favourite blend without bananas as sometimes I find they over power all the other flavours 🥤🥤🥤

1/4 cup frozen mango
3-4 strawberries
1/2 frozen or fresh kiwi
1 frozen açai sachet
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup plant mylk of choice - I usually start with less and add as needed (depends if you want it thicker or runnier and how your blender can manage)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup rolled oats ~ even better if you can soak these with the chia seeds for a few hours to aid digestion and nutrient absorption
1 medjool date
1/2 cup spinach

Blend together adding extra liquid as needed and serve with muesli on top if desired 🍓🥝🥭🫐

Their natural dog wash is the perfect way to rid your dog of unwanted nasty smells and make their coat shine, naturally by nourishing and moisturising the skin. Penny comes to you with over 20 years of experience doing the inner work on self as well as Reiki therapy and has reached a place of practising self love and acceptance daily.

What you should expect during a session is that she will hold space for you while you do the inner work. Penny will use Reiki to help you reach the high vibration of unconditional love that already exists within you. Brownies but make them vegan, grain-free,
gluten-free and refined sugar-free !! 🤎🤎🤎

Ingredients ~
40 g / ¼ cup linseed (flax seed) meal
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
60 g / 1/2 cup raw cacao powder or cocoa powder works too
80 ml / ½ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut nectar or golden syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or 2 teaspoons
vanilla extract
30 g / 1/4 cup arrowroot or tapioca flour
80 g nut butter or seed butter
A pinch of sea salt flakes
120 g dark chocolate chopped
60 g / 1/2 cup h**p seeds or I used pumpkin seeds

Method ~
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20 × 15 cm (8 × 6 in) baking tin with baking paper.

Place the linseed meal and 125 ml (½ cup) water in a large mixing bowl and stand for a few minutes, or until the water has been absorbed.

Add the baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, raw cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut nectar, vanilla and arrowroot flour and mix until well combined.

Add the nut butter and stir until the mixture is smooth then add the salt, chocolate and h**p seeds.

Pour into the tin and bake for 30 minutes or until just set.

Cool the brownie in the tin for at least 15 minutes before slicing
