Established in 1897 the Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne & Victoria is recognised as the peak Greek organisation in Melbourne.
Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria or GOCMV was established in 1897 and is acknowledged as the oldest Greek organisation and one of the oldest ethnic communities in Australia. The Greek Community of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land, the Boon Wurrung and Woiwurrung (Wurundjeri) peoples of the Kulin Nation and pays respect to their Elders, past and present.

Over the course of the 10-day program, they will engage in a diverse array of activities, including interactive workshops, cultural excursions, and heritage-focused projects. The camp, running from September 23 to October 1, is an initiative by the GCM and the Prefecture of Attiki.
