Congratulations to Summer Pazsa, who played her 100th Game for Hillside on Saturday in the Premier Division Women's Reserves preliminary final win against Moonee Valley. Summer started with the Sharks back in 2017 in our first Under 12 Girls team and now is our youngest player in our Senior squad at 16. 📣 Junior Coaches Wanted 📣
The Hillside Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for junior coaching roles for 2025. If you are an enthusiastic person who is very interested in supporting and developing our players, please express an interest to [email protected]
Many people think that they haven’t got time or lack what they believe to be critical experience – usually this isn’t the case. We are very keen on hearing from you to discuss the roles in more detail, even if you are a little unsure as to what it entails. We would love to see women and men apply for these critical developmental roles.
Excellent support will be provided by a group of interleague and representative coaches.
We are seeking coaches for the following teams:
Mixed – Under 8s
Boys – Under10s, Under 12s, Under 14s and Under 16s
Girls – Under 10s, Under 12s, Under 14s and Under 16s
In addition to coaching in early 2025, it is expected that coaches will be able to assist during our proposed summer program where a roster system will be applied based on availability.

Congratulations to Nikita Wright, who played her 150th Game for Hillside on Saturday in the Senior Women's Premier Division qualifying final against Oak Park. Nikita started with the Sharks way back in 2013 with the Under 12's and has developed her game through the pathway to the Senior Women's team. Keets is also a VFLW listed player with the 2024 Premiers North Melbourne. Nikita is pictured here receiving her 150th game medal with Senior Coach Blaise Ferraro.
