โข Don't make it (only) about the tech. Tech is the easy bit. Gaining the support of key stakeholders is just as important.
โข To earn trust before scaling to larger projects. Take the people that needed to be convinced into the journey.
โข Be brave in showing the way with digital transformation, and know you will need to show people how and be resilient when you get knocked back.
โข Find a smaller initiative in an area that will stretch people's thinking and show them how digital transformation can make their lives easier.

It has already been one month since our annual event, where has the time gone? We loved Jen Rendell's presentation where she delved into Telstra's Agile and Ways of Working Journey, which was rated in the top 10% globally.
In more detail, Jen highlighted:
โข The importance of having a 'north star' and putting ways of working into everything.
โข When planning sprints/quarters, be very clear on outcomes and plan for those.
โข Connect through stand-ups, regular retros/reviews and take the time to celebrate and make the process fun.
The Allegra team will be turning on their out of office and taking an extra-long weekend to reset and recharge. We believe that mental wellness breaks keep us healthy and improve productivity, making for a healthier and happier team.
