Fitness with Miranda

Hi ladies. Exercise makes us feel amazing both physically and mentally. It can be really fun and a fantastic way to bring people together. Exercise should be nourishing, not punishing and a celebration of what your body can do. My classes and sessions do not have a focus on getting you down to skin and bone. In fact, I prefer to avoid measuring and weighing you. Instead, lets measure how your strength improves, how your movement and skills improve, how your energy increases, how your mood is lifted and how your confidence is boosted. Lets focus on making exercise a part of your life in the long-term rather than a short-term quick fix.
My focus in 2020 is for women over 50. I offer a range of classes to help women become fit and strong so that they can get more out of life. Whether you are working, retired, running after the grand-kids or travelling the world, you need to be fit and strong to do it.
