🔹 Keep your lumbar stiff as you extend your hips.

Common Mistakes on the Deadlift:

🛑 Not setting your body in the correct position for the pull.

When your body isn't properly aligned, the force you produce isn't efficiently transferred. Instead of stable structures, you end up with movement, causing a buckle during the initial pull. This changes your body position, making the lift much less effective.

🔄 Think of it like a train pulling carriages: If you pull fast and the carriages aren't properly aligned, it creates a buckle. The same concept applies to your deadlift form. Take your time to set up correctly!
