It's great to have Adrian back in Melbourne after his excellent camp at AIS in ACT with team Boxing Australia, Team India and Team Philippines in prep for his fight in Italy and a camp in Germany next month as prep for Pacific Games Olympic Qualifiers in November .

Camp going great for our Australian 92kg champ in ACT sparring with Philippines 92kg today & training with 75kg Tokyo bronze medallist and champ here in prep for Asia Qualifiers & Paris 2024 Olympics

That's a wrap training for big Adrian! He flys out with the team tomorrow morning for Perth competing at 92kg in The 2023 Nationals- Pacific & 2024 Olympic qualifiers, so it's big this year. We wish him all the very best. He's put in the hard work and will be going for that gold medal over in Western Australia! H&S 👊❤️

We are really proud of our great sport Jacinta Geard who was boxing well and got a knock on the left eye, Ref called doctor over 1.27 in 2nd round and they waved it off due to the swelling. Judges had her up, take nothing away from her tough opponent Lisa Cronin well done👏

Proud of all three East End Boxers today who made it too the State final today. Mitch got the nod in a close fight 👏 Gawishka didn't get the nod in a close fight. Riley boxed really well and was was very stiff not to get a big nod in a great fight! Great day at the fights big Adrian Paoletti dropped a close decision in the 92kg Elite final as did Garcia in the 57kg junior final earlier today both picking up silver medals. Good news both will be joining our Josh Clarke schoolboy 50kg on the Victorian team to compete at the Boxing Australia 2023 Nationals.
