Our children's podiatrist, Antoni Caserta, is running 80 km this October to raise funds for the estimated 1 in 40 Australians on the autism spectrum.
Antoni is raising funds so more Autistic Australians can access the life-changing assessments, autism-specific education, specialist therapies and adult community services they need to create their own unique brilliance!

☀️ Blister Prevention Strategies for Melbourne Marathon 🏃♀️🏃♂️
With the Melbourne Marathon this Sunday, Andrew has recorded a quick video covering some cost-effective and straightforward blister prevention strategies.
If you have a history of nasty blisters in the same regions or have developed some hot spots during long runs in the past couple of weeks, it may be worthwhile trying these strategies. Make sure you try anything new in training before a race day!

Melbourne Marathon Festival
Let's try again after an electrical storm forced the cancellation of last week’s session. 🤦♂️
Running group is back at 6 pm tonight!
Coached by experienced running coach John Braszell, the group meet in our car park at 6 pm sharp, run to Darebin Parklands for their warm-up (approx 1.5 km), complete a structured running session and then run back to Fairfield Podiatry for their cooldown (finish at 7:15 pm).
The group caters for all abilities, as John can adjust the session to suit where you're at in your running journey. You can also meet the group at Darebin Parklands if you'd prefer to save your legs.
This is a great opportunity to finalise your preparation for Melbourne Marathon Festival.
