Off The Street Hip Hop will be joining us as part of the Summer Stage program ‘bringing hip hop to the kidz’ on Thursday 25 January.

Borne from a desire to provide an alternative style of dance class for youth, Off The Street Hip Hop introduced ‘crew’ training, encouraging students to try something new and learn about the world of hip hop.

They’ll be joining the Summer Stage program to run kids’ hip hop workshops throughout the day bringing their trademark high energy, fun stunts and an unforgettable party vibe!

Once you’ve learnt the coolest hip hop moves, you can show them off at the Kids Disco Party which will follow each hip hop class. The free dance parties will create an awesome summer disco atmosphere for all to enjoy in the outdoor Plaza.

Our main entry doors will be closed between Saturday 23 December 2023 - Monday 1 January 2024.

While our main venue is closed during this period, the Library and Gallery are open with reduced hours, on Sat 23 & Sun 24 Dec, and between Wed 27 - Sun 31 Dec. Our Box office is also contactable by phone and email with reduced hours.

Award-winning singer-songwriter, Kate Miller-Heidke is coming to Bunjil Place on her CATCHING DIAMONDS National Regional Tour of Australia!

Kate traverses the worlds of folk, pop, opera and musical theatre. She has performed on stages as varied as the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Coachella, the New York Metropolitan Opera, the Eurovision Song Contest, the Sydney Opera House, and the Roebuck Bay Hotel, Broome.

And now, after long months locked away writing songs, she’s hitting the road to play in dozens of beautiful theatres around Australia.

Kate says of the upcoming tour, “Playing live has always been at the heart of what I do - I live for it.
