Anywise launched in 2014 with the idea that work should be fun, rewarding and meaningful, which is why we encourage all our staff to bring their whole selves to work. We believe that if people are happy and fulfilled in their working life, then they will be productive, satisfied and balanced. We aim to provide work challenges for people that go beyond a high salary (though that is always nice too)
For a veteran and family owned business in Australia, being recognised as Australian owned is meaningful. We understand the intrinsic value that service aligned values bring when building a company in support of the Australian nation, its people and specifically the Defence force that serves it.
For high performing teams, it is often the sum of thousands of micro decisions and quiet moments that make the difference between winning and not winning - especially when the stakes are high. Winning demands clear alignment of purpose and confidence that the contributing members understand the goal and roles to achieve it. It is the same in business.
For veteran owned companies, especially those supporting key functions of Government (Defence, Health, Home Affairs etc) the alignment between ownership, control and purpose is crystal clear.
A team, or a company or a Government can rarely achieve a meaningful purpose if it can not own, or control the inputs to achieving it.

This October, Anywise is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Because right now, cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 600 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
And so we are riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
Please support our challenge by making a donation through our fundraising page to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve. IF you ride a bike, consider signing up to our team, the more the merrier.

Anywise is a wholly Australian Owned Small Business, formed in 2014 to offer an alternative to large multinational consulting firms.
Our vision is to create an ethical, sustainable business model that delivers real value to our clients, our communities and the planet, while balancing profit and philanthropy. This vision was inspired by our two founding Directors.
After decades of service to the Military, each established successful careers in diverse fields. Meaghan became a well known and high profile Humanitarian, serving in most of the largest Humanitarian responses since the late 2000s. Adam held various high profile executive positions in large corporations delivering services to the Australian Defence Industry.
Dissatisfied with the corporate model of shareholder primacy and the burdens placed on local industry by large, foreign owned corporations, Adam left that career to launch a truly Australian, innovative consulting firm. A company that aimed to be faster, more flexible and at least as high quality as any of the large global corporations resident in the Australian Market. A company that had at its core a purpose and a desire to be a force for good.
